At my core, I'm driven by a desire to make a positive impact through technology and a fascination with its potential to enhance human experiences. I have enjoyed my professional journey through the corporate world as much as startups, striving towards exactly that.In a nutshell, everywhere I go I end up being the person who turns 'that won't work' into 'look at it soar!'.My personal highlights have been first managing the mobile apps and then the whole self-service of the market leader telco Telia, enabling the digital entrepreneurship revolution in the government startup e-Residency and my 2 stints into the InsurTech field simplifying insurance via tech. My journey has been about boosting teams and business outcomes.As a leader, my style is a blend of high-energy inspiration and thoughtful strategizing. I aim for excellence and lead by example, fostering a team environment where positive reinforcement and clear, constructive feedback are the norms.I am currently on a mission to up the level of product management in Estonia and elsewhere in Europe. In the most recent chapter of my professional journey, I've ventured into the realm of consultancy through my own company, Produktize. Over the past year and a half, I've had the enriching experience of consulting various innovative products and companies, applying my expertise to each unique challenge.
